How do I resend tickets if the buyer has lost them?

To access orders and tickets to your events, select the event of your choice from your my events page to open its dashboard (note that you need to be logged in to access this page). Go to the "Orders" panel to access the order of your choice. You can search for an order by order reference or buyer's name using the "Search transaction" field.

Select an order to open its details, then click the "Resend ticket" button located at the bottom of the order window. If you believe the tickets may have been stolen or compromised, you can generate new barcodes for this order. The buyer will receive new electronic tickets (or e-tickets) and the previous tickets will be flagged as invalid by Ticket Division Scanner at the door.
