How do I check in?

You have several options to check in. If you hold a physical ticket, simply present it at the door and door staff will scan it for entry. If you were delivered an electronic ticket (or e-ticket), log in to your buyer account from the buyer login page or select "My orders" from the main menu if you are already logged in.

From your my orders page, select between upcoming and past events using the switch located at the top of the page. The list of orders will update accordingly.

Select the order of your choice to open its detail page. Your order page will provide details about the event, your order and payment, and will allow you to load the barcode of each ticket to check in directly from a mobile device.

To load a barcode, simply click on the ticket of your choice.

If you prefer to print out your ticket, click the "print e-tickets" button located above the ticket list. This will initiate the download of your tickets in PDF format. You may need a PDF reader to open the file. If your device is not equipped with such software, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader from this page
