What is the refund policy?

As per our Terms of Service, all sales are final, i.e. you cannot change or cancel any orders after the sale is complete. However, event organizers can offer, at their own discretion, a different refund policy and accept refunds or exchanges. So if you would like a refund for your order, please contact the organizer of the event (whose email address can be found on your e-ticket or on your Order Details page). We always encourage event organizers and ticket buyers to communicate with each other to reach an amicable resolution, but if you have not heard back from the event organizer after 3 business days, feel free to contact us for assistance.
