I never received my e-ticket or lost it. What do I do?

Tickets purchased online will always appear in your Ticket Division account. Log in from the buyer's login page and your orders for all incoming events will appear. Select your order and your ticket(s) will appear as shown below.

If you prefer to print out your ticket and never received it, check your spam box. Your email client (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) may have flagged your order confirmation as spam. If that is the case, move your email to your inbox and make sure to mark Ticket Division as a safe sender so that our emails no longer get marked as spams. If you do not see your confirmation email in your spam box or if you simply deleted your email, contact the event organizer and ask them to resend your ticket. If the event organizer is not responsive, contact us from our contact page and we will be happy to assist you.
