Are my tickets on hold while I enter my payment information?

No. To offer every fan a fair shot, we do not secure tickets until payment is made, based on a first-come first-served basis. A final availability check will be done when you confirm your order. This information is provided at the final step of the checkout, before you submit your payment information.

If one or several tickets in your cart become unavailable, your entire order will be canceled and your credit or debit card will not be charged. A message will notify you that one or several tickets in your order are no longer available. You will need to start over from the public event page to add available tickets to your cart.
